CD45RA(4KB5),MMab
CD45 is a complex molecule composed of multiple glycoproteins ranging from 180 to 240 kDa. It is expressed on all hematopoietic cells. Detection of its different isoforms allows for the distinction between various cell types, such as naive and memory T cells.CD45RA is an isoform of CD45 with restricted expression among different lymphocyte subsets. It reacts with mature, non-activated T cells and B cells. CD45RA is also expressed on thymocytes in the bone marrow, mantle zone lymphocytes in lymph nodes, and lymphocytes in the spleen and paracortical regions.
