CD10(C6D1),MMab
The CD10 antigen is widely expressed on the surface of a variety of normal and tumor cells. It has been reported that in other malignant lymphomas, the CD10 antigen is expressed in the cells of lymphoblastic Iymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma. The CD10 antigen has been identified on the surface of normal early lymphoblasts, immature cells in adult bone marrow, and germinal center B cells in Iymphoid tissues. The CD10 antigen is also expressed in various non-lymphoid cells and tissues, such as breast myoepithelial cells, fibroblasts, and is particularly highly expressed in the renal brush border and fetal epithelial cells.
