Cytokeratin10&13(DE-K13),MMab
Cytokeratin 10 (CK10) has a molecular weight of 56.5 kDa and mainly labels the suprabasal and granular layers of the epithelium. Cytokeratin 13 (CK13) is a marker of undifferentiated non-keratin izing stratified squamous epithelium and is highly expressed in well-differentiated tumor tissues. The expression of CK10 and CK13 often accompanies the occurrence, differentiation, and morphological changes of epithelial cells, and can be used for the study of the occurrence, development, metastasis, and prognosis of tumors derived from stratified squamous epithelium.
