CA125(OC125),MMab

CA125 is a high molecular weight glycoprotein that is one of the most important tumor markers forovarian cancer. It is highly expressed in gynecological tumors such as ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and endometrial cancer. It can also be seen in some non-gynecological tumors. CA125 testing can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of ovarian cancer, monitoring of treatment efficacy, and prediction of recurrence.

Brachyury(RBT-TBXT),RMab

Brachyury is a T-box transcription factor that is essential for the formation of the posterior mesoderm and axial development in vertebrates. In surgical pathology, Brachyury is a highly sensitive and specific marker for chordoma, a rare bone tumor arising from remnants of the notochord. Nuclear expression of Brachyury is a defining feature of chordomas and is used to distinguish them from other tumors with similar morphologies, such as chondrosarcoma and metastatic carcinoma.

Catenin is a cytoskeletal protein with three subtypes-a, B, and y-that performs two major functions: signal transduction and cell adhesion. It is primarily utilized in research on the mechanisms of metastasis and invasion in various malignant tumors, including but not limited to colorectal cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, esophageal cancer, and breast cancer.

Bcl-6 (C4A4),MMab

Bcl-6 is a transcriptional repressor protein that is essential for the formation of germinal centers. It is a reliable marker for germinal center B-cells and related lymphomas, including follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and Burkitt Iymphoma. In conjunction with CD10, Bcl-6 is a primary marker for identifying lymphomas of germinal center origin. It is also useful in the differential diagnosis of various B-cell and T-cell lymphomas.

Bcl-2 is a key anti-apoptotic protein. The Bcl-2 oncogene, discovered at the t(14;18) chromosomal translocation breakpoint, is a cytogenetic hallmark of follicular lymphoma. High levels of Bcl-2 expression are characteristic of most follicular Iymphomas, making it an indispensable tool for differentiating them from reactive follicular hyperplasia, where germinal centers are typically Bcl-2 negative. The antibody is also expressed in various other B-cell and T-cell lymphoproliferative disorders.

BCA-225 is a glycoprotein expressed in breast carcinoma and cervical cancer. It is a useful marker in the diagnosis of breast cancer and can also be used to differentiate between mesothelioma and adenocarcinoma, with the latter often being positive.

ARID1A(EPR13501),RMab

ARID1A (AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 1A) is a key component of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex. It functions as a tumor suppressor by regulating gene expression through chromatin modification. Loss of nuclear ARID1A expression is a frequent event in several malignancies, most notably ovarian clear cell carcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma. ARID1A IHC is a valuable tool for identifying these molecular subtypes and is often associated with specific clinical outcomes and potential therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Arginase-1 (ARG-1) is a key urea cycle enzyme primarily expressed in the liver, where it catalyzes theconversion of L-arginine to L-ornithine and urea. ARG-1 is a highly specific and sensitive marker for both benign and malignant hepatocytes. It is currently considered one of the most reliable markers for the differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) from metastatic tumors to the liver. ARG-1 has demonstrated superior sensitivity compared to Hep Par 1 and Glypican 3 in the identification of HCC, particularly in poorly differentiated cases.

AMACR/p504s(C12A22),MMab

P504S, also known as α-methylacyl coenzyme A racemase (AMACR), is a peroxisomal and mitochondrialenzyme that plays a critical role in bile acid synthesis and the β-oxidation of branched-chain fatty acids. AMACR has been shown to be a highly sensitive and specific marker for prostatic adenocarcinoma. It typically exhibits a strong, granular cytoplasmic staining pattern in malignant prostatic glands, while remaining negative or weakly focal in benign glands. AMACR is frequently used in a triple-stain cocktail with basal cell markers (e.g., p63 and High Molecular Weight Cytokeratin) to increase diagnostic certainty in challenging prostate biopsies.
