Product Features

MicroStacker™ Polymer Detection Kit, Enhanced

MicroStacker™ Enhanced is a biotin-free, two-step HRP polymer detection system for FFPE tissue sections. It is designed for IHC detection of mouse and rabbit primary antibodies.

Higher Sensitivity

Compared with the MicroStacker™ Universal kit, the Enhanced version features a higher degree of polymerization for stronger signal intensity and improved detection of low-expression targets.

Low Background

F(ab’) fragments help reduce non-specific binding and background staining. The biotin-free design also avoids interference from endogenous biotin.

Efficient Tissue Penetration

Its compact polymer structure supports effective penetration into tissue sections for clear and consistent staining.

Ideal for Mouse-on-Mouse Detection

Suitable for challenging mouse primary antibody detection on mouse tissue sections.

Recommended Manual IHC Protocol

Deparaffinize sections with xylene and graded alcohols. Block endogenous peroxidase for 5 minutes, then perform antigen retrieval according to the primary antibody datasheet. Incubate the primary antibody for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature, followed by the detection polymer for 30 minutes. Develop with ready-to-use DAB for 5 minutes and counterstain with hematoxylin.

Use TBS-T or PBS-T as the wash buffer. Store all reagents at 2–8 °C and do not freeze.

Validated Performance

Demonstrated in HER2 staining with rabbit monoclonal antibodies in breast tissue and D2-40 staining with mouse monoclonal antibodies in esophagus tissue, with comparison against conventional EnVision™ detection systems.
