Hematoxylin Staining Solution

Hematoxylin-Eosin Staining, the abbreviation as HE, is one of the general staining methods utilized in paraffin section. Hematoxylin staining solution is alkaline, which mainly makes the chromatin in the nucleus and the ribosome in the cytoplasm stain purple-blue.
