With 30 years of experience in Pathology field, Celnovte is headquartered in Rockville, MD for reagent and instrument development. It also has subsidiaries in Shenzhen for instrument R&D, in Suzhou for research-use product development, and in Zhengzhou, China for manufacturing. Our facilities in USA and China are NMPA & GMP compliant and are certified for ISO13485, ISO9001, FDA and CE IVDR. 2010

Established Celnovte Biotechnology Co.,Ltd

2012

Launched Mycobacterium tuberculosis culture and identification products.

Established an immunohistochemistry R&D platform.

2014

Launched “High-Definition & Consistent” H&E staining products.

Launched a series of chromosome culture media products.

2015

Developed an ALK gene-targeted detection kit based on FISH technology, supported by the Zhengzhou Major Science and Technology Project.

Advanced the development and industrialization of molecular diagnostic kits based on the FISH platform, under the 1125 Innovative Leading Team Program.

2018

ALK Gene Targeted Detection Kit (based on FISH technology) approved for Zhengzhou Major Science and Technology Special Project.

Designated as Henan Provincial Tumor Pathological Diagnosis Reagent Engineering Technology Research Center.

Recognized as one of Zhengzhou’s first "1125 Leading Innovation Teams".

2019

China’s first development and industrialization of a novel immunohistochemistry secondary antibody detection kit.

Established Celnovte Shenzhen and Celnovte USA.

2020

Launched CNT300 and CNT330 fully automated IHC stainers.

Developed MMR and PD-L1 diagnostic kits for immunotherapy applications.

Established rabbit and mouse monoclonal antibody platforms and launched proprietary antibodies. Approved for Zhengzhou Academician Workstation for Precision Tumor Pathological Diagnosis.

2021

Developed and industrialized the CNT360 intelligent high-throughput rapid IHC stainer.

Launched nearly 20 multiplex IHC combinations.
