Facing System

The Online Facing System is designed for continuous, high-efficiency surface lamination of rock wool boards, supporting both top and bottom online facing in a fully automated process. The system features customizable lamination materials and heating methods, including energy-saving induction heating and optional in-oven lamination, ensuring strong adhesion and uniform surface quality.

Integrated single-head or double-head flying saws operate in synchronization with the facing process, enabling precise, dust-free length cutting without interrupting production. With full-servo control and modular synchronized tracking technology, the system delivers stable operation, high throughput, and consistent product dimensions, making it ideal for modern, high-capacity rock wool production lines.
