The High-Speed Drum Collector is designed for efficient fiber collection and high-capacity web formation in rock wool and mineral wool production lines. It features a large-diameter drum design with optional diameters ranging from 5 to 8 meters and working widths of 2.4 to 3.6 meters, supporting belt linear speeds of up to 200 m/min.
An optimized hood sealing and neck-contraction structure ensures clean fiber separation and effective shot removal. The system is equipped with an automatic cleaning mechanism and centralized waste collection, reducing downtime and maintenance requirements while maintaining stable, high-speed operation.
