Initial Consultation
Understand your product type, capacity requirements, raw material composition, and site conditions.
Preliminary Design & Quotation
Finalize the furnace structure and key technical parameters. Complete initial design and layout drawings. Define the project scope and commercial terms.
Detailed Design & Confirmation
Develop comprehensive layout and detailed drawings for the furnace, all equipments, and the control room. Specify technical requirements for water, electricity, and gas systems.
Fabrication
Manufacturing and pre-assembling major equipments in our factory, followed by internal debugging.
Site Construction & Installation
Conduct on-site construction of the furnace and steel structure. Proceed with equipment installation and pipeline/utility hookup.
Commissioning & Startup
Heat up the furnace and commence trial runs of all equipments.
Acceptance & Handover
Upon stable operation, formal customer acceptance is conducted. We then provide comprehensive training for your operational staff.
After-Sales Service
